To be fair what? You think by that they meant there were exactly at 10 million when they made that non-announcement and that they would therefore be over 10 million soon, meaning the very next day? What they announced, but in a positive spin way, was in fact that they had not yet shipped 10 million, but that they would get to 10 million at some undetermined future date which was not too far away but could be anything from a week to a month to just before the end of the year, but probably not longer than that. It all depends on what you define as soon. |
What? No?
Op repeat the wording form the Microsoft pr. And got blamed for it in here. That was my point.
We don't know, if they are at 9.3m, 9.7m, 10.2 or 10.8m shipped right now.
We just know, they said "Shortly, we will have sold in to retailers more than 10 million Xbox One consoles" 16 days ago
But it really doesn't matter, if u don't want to start an argue war or just like to imply some1 misleading thread titels.
Otherwise, yes its a HELL LOT of a differene, if you'r at 9.7m or 10.2 right now. Thats a huge diffrent. A number you sell through consumer in under 2 weeks the holiday season....
