That's how I feel too. I don't like when people say "Oh, if you don't like the service, don't complain, just don't use it!"

Like, I want to use the service, but if I have sopme complaints, of course I'll voice them, so the company can hopefully hear and make changes.

OT, I don't have much of a problem with Plus, but the lineup is a bit weak. Not something I mind too much though, if I want a game I'll probably just buy it or wait for a sale.

the problem is the service is very good. the best there is in fact. yet people moan like spoilt brats.
