Head of Xbox Division Phil Spencer so far has done a great job at turning the Xbox One ship around, with many gamers and even press remarking the positive changes brought under his supervision. He is also very happy to answer fan questions on Twitter, almost on a daily basis, and in the last few hours a couple of tweets stood out.
First of all, Spencer looked humble when he replied to a fan who was thanking him for his work and saying that he couldn’t imagine the Xbox brand without him:

Obviously a brand as large as Xbox is bigger than any single person, but it can hardly be argued that there have been improvements since Spencer took the position.
