Kmart near my house does not sell Wii U or Vita products anymore- Smash was too little too late?

The last time I went to the Kmart near me, the place looked kinda depressing, their video game department was lonely and filled with old stuff.

Video games are probably niche compared to televisions, tablets, and phones.
