Q1 is always the second strongest quarter of the year with many high profile releases.
If they've done it in the actual weak quarters 2 and 3 that would be amazing. It's a great lineup for Q1 but it's not unusual.
If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.
