Oh there is always a way. But you can't be using a non-US credit card, and you can't be giving a non-US delivery address. Our postal service set up a US address for people here who buy US goods that will only ship within the USA. The cost for the postal service to then send the goods here is pretty steep so the savings need to be substantial to use that method.

I have a friend coming these to my country holidays so he was going to help me with it, ebay usually accepts my credit card linked to my paypal but it seems Newegg is only taking US emited payment on this one. I actually already have a PS4 but was going to gift one to my little brother, amazon it is then!

What's that mean? The IP address you're sending from has to be US? There's a way around that if you have Firefox or Chrome. If you mean US credit card number there is a way around that too.
