The hitman games don't have the best mechanics (not the worst either, but it works well enough that it doesn't make the game frustrating, at least in my opinion) but they have the best atmosphere in gaming, aside from absolution. The levels vary from seedy nightclub in a repurposed slaughterhouse to a kid's birthday party, and most levels have several legitimate ways to complete them. Blood money alone is worth playing just for this mission:
