It has 150$ of extra space for price drops to keep it ahead of the Wii. So, faster seller atm and with a potentially way higher lifespan considering price and third party support
If the Wii gains the lead again (I think it will) I can say for sure that ps4 wont have the same "sudden death" the wii had and it would certainly have a high chance of passing it again after a short period of time
