Best case: 5M
Most likely: ~4M.
Probably it depends a lot on supplies and another factor involving production and logistics, surely Sony will want to start stockpiling PS4 for Chinese launch and it will be very prudent in increasing production at first, and only after seeing the value around which sales will settle later it will decide by how much increasing production.
