2001 - Black & White
2002 - Resident Evil Remake or No One Lives Forever 2
2003 - The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
2004 - The Sims 2 (Half-Life 2 is a VEEEERRY close second)
2005 - Civilization IV
2006 - The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
2007 - Super Mario Galaxy
5 best games from 2001 - 2008 overall
1. Super Mario Galaxy
2. The Sims 2
3. The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
4. Half-Life 2
5. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
As for 2008, Spore will probably be my GOTY.
Also, best year overall would probably be 2004 or 2006. Worst year overall would probably be 2003.
