You listed so many examples of WiiU multiplats doing what you claim that I got lost. And yes, there is people claiming 350k is a sucess and that it costed very little to do so the dev is already pleased.

You don't, but if you want to make a point name 3 on each condition, you know because the burden of proof is for the claimer... You know WiiU have been selling really bad on SW and most things non-Nintendo flopped.
