Every LoK game after the first Blood Omen was developed by Crystal Dynamics, then published by Eidos. Silicon Knights hasn't had a hand in the franchise since 1996.
That said, with Tony Jay dead and with Blood Omen 2 (deservedly) and Defiance (undeservedly) having sold poorly, I doubt we'll see a sixth and final entry.
