I'm pretty sure this was advertised, at least in Brazil it even got to television.

Also bullshot and fake footage in TV is the same... but I get it, MS never done it even if evidence contradicts it.

In that commercial at the bottom it clearly states actual features and functionality may vary. The commercial then stated there's a new way to play and that you are the controller; all true.  It shows a kid fighting in front of a screen and another racing using just her bare hands, both you can do on kinect. Then it states you can use your whole body; also true. Then it states it tracks full body motion; again, true. It then states that you can use your own gear; kinect IS capable of doing this but not sure how many games (if any) take advantage of it, but still, nothing illegal here since the feature exists. Facial recognition exists, connecting and sharing exists, voice recognition exists, controller free entertainment also exists.

I don't get the point of the video...?

Sony did something different. They advertised specific features that never came to fruition or just simply didn't exist. Microsoft deals with ALOT more lawsuits than Sony does so its not like MS isn't targeted. If MS did the same thing Sony did then MS would get sued just like Sony did.
