Unless it's timed exclusive I don't think Japanese devs will agree to an exclusive RPG on the Xbox One after what happened with the 360. Every RPG developer that was paid to release a game exclusive to the 360 abandoned the console sometime after because of the lack of sales. Compare this to the PS3 where Sony didn't pay for any RPGs and the developers still profited on their products.
