Sony issuing refunds for Vita purchases before June 1, 2012

I bought mine day 1. But I'm in Canada, so I have no idea if I qualify. 50 dollars on my PSN account certainly wouldn't go astray. But if I don't qualify, no biggie. I enjoy the hell out of my Vita.
