MCC by a long shot(I doo not like Halo FYI).

3) TLOU:R is a year old game and while ND is highly regarded, a new ND game would do so much for visibility. The game brings next to nothing new(other than 1080p/60) to the table compared to its PS3 brother

2) ZWW while an older game isnt really a pinnacle of Zelda games and I would say the Zelda fanbase has a very mixed view on how good it is in comparison to others of the series. OOT or MM would be more appropriate for a remaster(though Ninty did those on 3DS for some reason). This game also doesnt bring much new to the table(Widescreen, 720p/60, touchpad integration). I rank it above TLOU:R only due to the game getting more new features as well as the game being not widely available.

1) MCC has one major selling point in that it offers something that the other 2 dont. Halo 2 multiplayer is probably the most important game in the beginnings of online console FPS. For everyone without lan buddies Halo 2 online was gone forever. Anyone who has fond memories of that game will be buying an X1. Ironically the multiplayer is broken but the game still brings people to look into an X1 based on it offering an(nostalgic) experience not available anywhere else. There are visual(texture)/rez/fps upgrades to Halo 2 as well.

LTD:TLOU(bundle and eventual PS+)

Biggest visual upgrade: MCC

Best value:MCC

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
