What the hell is wrong with Vgc Ps4 software tracking? (extremely overtracked in RoW)

Do you get paid for trying to downplay how well the PS4 is doing? Just curious cause you do it a lot. Not saying the numbers are accurate but you try to make it seem like its not doing well a lot.
