Yes, the Ps4 sold well in RoW, but what does that have to do with the attachrate? It doenst matter, if u sell 1m or 2m. the attachrate is still software units per hardware unit sold.
And why do u say PS4 software is not over tracked over all? We don't know that.
We only know its heavily overtracked in RoW and decent accurate for UK. US is probably decent, too
