Yeah, and they lose potential sales in the process because the advertising is talking to a smaller audience. In the end taking the money could lead to sales slowing right down and eventually making the franchise unprofitable. The gaps going to grow from what it is now to 10m - 12m - 15m - 20m until it becomes suicide to advertise to the much smaller userbase and lose ever more potential customers. It's the quickest way to kill your franchise in my opinion.
