Well, digital media is fine... if you use GOG.com, because they actually let you backup and basically do whatever you want with your games after you bought 'em, also, they fix old games to work on new PC's. Steam is fine too, it just bothers me that a lot of the games on there requires you to use additional clients/launchers (uPlay much?) and in some cases requires you to create an account in order to play (Ex.: Anna Ext. Edition). Also, unrelated.. why the heck people let terrible games be approved on Steam Greenlight? (Grass Simulator, I'm looking at you).
As for consoles, I kinda prefer to have the discs, makes for a good looking collection =P
