Nintendo is highly unlikely to merge or be bought as a compnany - Perhaps in an unusual liklehood they might sell some ip for a big number but thats about it asvfaras merging or being aquired
Nintendo is more likely to buy a compnany like Sega, Capcom, Atlus etc or perhsps buy some of a companies assers, ip, studios etc Weather or not they have any interest in the above companies ir their assets i have no idea
if Capcom wantd o raise some money they could put Monster Hunter Franchise in plsy - i would think Sony and Nintendo would bd it up - MH could turn sround Sony s handheld iv pretty quick and imo they coud do much morevw it on home conoles world wide than Capcom has - Or if MSFT decidd to take a big shot at being relevnt in Japan maybe tey could even buy it leasing the rights for handheld and pushing the console version but thatis lesslikely
NIntendo ould never sell to Disney as a company or to MSFT. NINTENDO would be a very difficult comany to aquirand assimilate as they have a very srong traditional cuture among other things
