It's not just The Creative Assembly. Sega also own Relic (Company of Heroes + Dawn of War) and Sports Interactive (Football Manager). I think Sega's PC studios and franchises are more valuable than their consoles ones, so it would be kind of silly to buy them and not keep up the PC games.

Yeah, I would much rather have Nintendo buying Capcom; they don't even need half of the games Sega has.
