Why not expand it to Plumber???
Here is another idea. Presidential Campaign. Raise support, kiss babies, dig up dirt on your oppenents, try to keep your nose clean, avoid assasination attempts, fight battles with cancer and sickness all while on the campaign trial.
You could even play through scenerios of past presidential elections. Give this game to the makers of the Sims, and you might just have a winner.
