Their ads on TV for R&C on the PS3. They were CG and they blew this away which makes me think this is using the ingame engine.

 One is a trailer/teaser the other a commercial.

Not surprising it blew it away, they did say the leap from Ratchet to R2 would be as big as the leap from Resistance to Rathcet was.
