Their ads on TV for R&C on the PS3. They were CG and they blew this away which makes me think this is using the ingame engine.
EDIT: I just got the HD version off mega upload and when i paused it and zoomed in during the video it is 100% using a ingame engine. You can see lower res textures and his outfit seems to blend together with the straps.
