I've gone digital and it's fine. I'm worried about the hassle I'd have if I lost my 3ds or wii u but I expect I'd be able to get it sorted.
The big issue is the price. On consoles it's stupid and a big reason to favour a pc or steambox.
There are games I want but won't buy because I know I can get them a tiny fraction of the price from amazon.
