Because we love power... power gives us the feeling to be in control of things... when you hit someone you have power over them... you can´t make poeple like you, love you or think the way you do... but you can make them pay for it if they don´t... when you hit someone they fear you... fear is respect... we all want to be respected in some way... I know I´m can be a pretty dark person sometimes... but thats the way things are...
