Sony Bend currently hiring for a AAA Vita game.

Is it April 1st already?

Most likely thing right now would be something to appeal to a younger audience on PS TV.

It's pretty much a real deal: http://www.bendstudio.com/careers

It says:

"Bend Studio, the creators of Sony’s flagship Vita title Uncharted Golden Abyss, is currently looking for the game industries top talent to help create AAA content for Sony's powerful new hardware.  Candidates must be passionate about their work and thrive in small-team environments where everyone inspires and pushes everyone else to create great products."

General consensus seems to be that it's a HR cock up. The wording is "Sony's powerful new hardware" which would actually be PS4. Sounds like it's FF Type-0 all over again.
