PS3 easily. It's way too early in the generation to call Xb one and Wii U as comebacks. PS3 came back to end up selling over 50% of it's predecessor. It is far from certain that Xb 1 will sell over 40 million and it is all but impossible for Wii U to sell 50 million. Both consoles need to outsell their 6th gen counterparts just to be able to claim any measure of coming back.
3DS managed a decent comeback, but it's a long way to go before it can claim a comeback the equal or better than PS3.
