Because he has to make nintendo look good in the poll whilst appearing neutral.
I have to say 3ds, that launch was absolutely terrible. Amazing how bad the 3ds launch lineup was compared to the Vita lineup. Not sure what nintendo were doing for that first 8-12 months.
