well you are in the middle of some quite gap...
If you want to play new cod online with WiiU it will cost you nothing as the game aint available, so 0 cost.
If you want to play MK8 online and use the voucher to download your digital code then you need a 50+ dollars HD more 300 for the console so you end up forking the same as an X1 with AC IV + U and trial XBL.
Some would say that if Nintendo decided to charge for online no one would pay because there aint much to play online.
