As for games released also in retail - it makes only sense to go digital for titles which will be played on-and-on. Like Smash or Mario Kart. Not having to change the disk is even worth the extra money as retail is cheaper then eShop.
The eShop indie titles are so small in size that USB Flash sticks are sufficient and will hold dozens of them...
For the budles: we have to wait and see what kind of bundles we'll get here in Europe. At least there is still the MK 8 bundle which is by far the most attractive one. And Nintendo can level up its value at any given kind by giving away free downloads when registering a new Wii U and MK8...
