1) That isn't of much importance for most users given the increase in PS+ subscribers on PS3 Vs PS4. And I've read somewhere that at the time (PS3) they used to give better games...

2) Gotta agree with you on that. It certainly is an issue. I mean not for me cuz I like the boxes all neat and sparkly on my shelf, but to those who prefer digital instead.
