Unless you noticed, The Evil Within sold fabulously having the same "flaws" you claim: Linear, no MP, QTE. Alien Isolation is the same. Wolfenstein another.
In fact, there are many many linear, non-MP games that are great and loved by gamers.
Another interesting tidbit is the fact that almost 50% of PS4 owners don't subscribe to PS+ for online gaming, so I believe that the emphasis on MP importance is excessive.
The Order will succeed or fail on its own merits, regardless of the "flaws" you mention.
