#47. World Series Baseball 2 (Sega Saturn)
Probably the only traditional baseball game I have ever really loved. What I really enjoyed about this game is it was a fucking blast to play whether you were playing alone or solo. A unique pick up and play ability that did not wear thin as you became good at the game. It also AFAIK introduced some cool elements to videogame baseball like the 7th inning stretch and it was the first baseball game I can remember using player's nicknames. It was a shame to see the franchise fall on such rough times in the 6th generation, but at least they did not slap its name on those travesty 2k baseball turds.
