| celador said: And so we find PS4 facing Christmas with one of the weakest exclusive line-ups on record, and a third-party slate that's not much better. PS4's best games...can almost without exception be played on PS3. True new-generation games...have retreated into 2015... The rest are remasters. Once again: why have we bought these machines? |
The Crew says hi! It's coming this year, you can't play it on previous gen platforms and it's trully new gen. It will be one of the most revolutionizing racing games of all times so think twice before thinking about 2014 as a bad year for PS4.
Moreover, Drive Club has just been launched and it's also great. While you won't see revolution in barely anything, it's a very high quality racing game. Best graphics I've ever seen in a videogame, gorgeous landscapes, beautiful racing machines and an immersive gameplay make it a wonderful game. And guess what...you can only play it on PS4. The Crew and Drive Club will pretty much fulfill my apetite for racing games this year.
PS4 also has in 2014 a lot of other great games and many of them cannot be played on the PS3, like Infamous Second Son, EA Sports UFC, Assassin's Creed Unity and Dead or Alive 5 Last Round. Even disregarding the multi-gen launches, PS4 was probably stronger this year than WiiU. Eurogamer writing an article claiming PS4 has no games really tells us something...
