Can someone answer me this age old question?

Am I alone in my thoughts on this? Can anyone out there tell me why?

In my Home town there are plenty of spots at walmart also we don't use it a a grocery store moste people buy 5 or less things at walmart so we don't have that problem here.  Also are climate is the best so we don't be lazy cause you will like die in your car if you stay out in the heat.
