None of the lineup were garbage... and don't exclusives when you are basically only counting 1st parties...
I would say both are good, altough I preffer UC than Infamous (comparing to what is possible at the time and the number of times I played. because comparing UC1 to ISS is complicated, too much evolution involved...
And yes, if we count remaster we need to count backward compatibility... So better leave it out.
