I think no one can hear you because
1) Post count to low. (its odd but for some reason you get ignored when you have a low post count)

2) Your username says that your a 360 fanboy (the minority on this site)

but to answer your question Im not in 'game college' but I think maybe a 1or 2 mods are or already in the game biz.
