I can't say I see this much in any supermarket, usually the guys employed to round them up do a good job (there are no walmarts here in UK that I know of though... ASDA is owned by them I think)
What does happen though is the corrals get full of trolleys quickly because people just shove them in haphazardly and don't make any attempt to put them into the back of existing rows.... or else put one of the smaller trolleys into the back of a normal sized one.
