Well here's another copy of a sealed Legend of Zelda 2 on eBay. I suggest you follow it's progress.
Also type in "nes sealed" into the eBay search engine to find all of the other ongoing bids for sealed NES games. Most are not getting nearly as much as you'd think. A sealed copy of Final Fantasy is going for $499 and Castlevania is going for $200 and they're the best i've seen thus far. Many games ae going for a few dollars to fifty dollars. Good luck selling it.
