I guess this can work in the US, where a lot of people are still using cable TV and sorts.
For about 4 years now I've been using something similar to this Vue. It is IPTV, or TV provided by my internet service provider. I know it's not the same, but I guess in Croatia this Sony service would fail because you have to pay for it and internet separately.
I get my unlimited phone, unlimited internet and 100+ TV channels for about 35€. I doubt Sony can beat that.
