What reason is their not to put the series on the PS4? All your reasons seem to indicate why it should be on the Xbox One and not why it should be exclusive.
The best selling of the three franchises you mentioned was the multi-platform call of duty, which has sold more on the PS4 than the Xbox One to date. Hardly a compelling example to back the case for exclusivity is it?
And its the Xbox, Xbox 360 that has the history of shooter's selling over 5 million. The Xbox One has yet to have a game sell over half that many copies.
If anything the game should go exclusive to the PS4 given it's current install base.
