It's 100-240V. Japan has 100V and Germany has 220V. So you should be fine with your 120V. You might even be able to use the Japanese plug.

I'm UK so it's 220v-240v here too. But yeah, dual voltage is sound. I'm fine for kettle cords. Import may well be the way I go.
