When the games prioritizing on PS4 the rest of the platform will get benefit, but when they prioritizing on other console even the console which become priority run at bad optimization. I guess they should focus the priority on the strongest on their platform except PC, for PC they need to prioritize to Video card that popular on Market not the strongest one.
