I'm hesitant to believe it's 60fps. The E3 demo was 30fps, with drops during high action scenes. Unless the FC4 team have their own wizard, it seems unlikely that they'd be able to double the performance :p
Maybe it has a variable frame rate like inFamous? Comparing a variable to locked 30fps could give the impression of the former being 60fps.
