Not really.  You have to buy something at Walmart with the gift card, and you can't use it to discount the bundle in the same transaction.  

$30 gift card for Walmart is essentially $30. You can get just about anything at Walmart. There's clothes, groceries, electronics, jewelry, alcohol, christmas gifts, gas etc..

Right, but you can't claim the deal is $299 when it isn't.  It's mis-representing the truth.  $329 with a gift card is not = to $299.  The only way that would be true is if you could apply the value of the gift card to the bundle and discount it to $299, which has never been allowed.   Either way, you're spending $329 for the bundle, not $299.
