Go for a GTX970. System requirements are going up quickly because of the next gen so get extra power to be 100% you will run. The 750ti will have issues with Evil Within (will run decently) and Ryse (will run on medium). Ac Unity would be a no go or would run in the limit.
These GPUs were good to handle console ports from last gen since consoles were puny weak. With the packed extra power now, ports will be demanding. Go for extra power or you will need another upgrade next year. IF you can't get a 970, the you can get the 750ti, but I wouldn't recommend it. Avoid the 670, it's the same price of the 970 and way weaker. The 970 is basically 80% of a Titan.
