I think you mean his ultimate Limit "Omnislash". Yes that was def. amazing.
Another scene was when Aeris dies. It was sad as hell. I liked her character a lot, too.
Xenogears: The whole game was amazing. Some of the best parts are when Fei turns into Id and destroys the Yggdrasil(sp?), when they break in Solaris, when Maria/ ChuChu fight that big red gear, and when you get the Xenogears.
FFIX: When Odin destroys Clera and when Alexander destroys Bahamut. Amazing looking scenes.
Shadow of the Colossus: Seeing one of the colossi for the 1st time and staring in awe at how big and incredible it is.
