Ultimate Iron Man sucks. He has no mouth. It violates the one principle of Iron Man; stupid little slit mouths just look cool. Iron Man without a slit mouth, well, it just ain't Iron Man. The chest beam and slit mouth is what makes that motherfucker so cool in the first place. The fact that he was an alcoholic who ran around in a billion dollar suit just makes it a little better. 

Total, uncompromized agreement on every aspect. The Ultimate Iron Man loses every aspect of the original iconic design principles and is just another man in a robot suit. There's nothing to distinguish that design from the others.
